Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Please refer to the footer section of our website for payment providers we approve.

 

 Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Yes, Damn Tees has a SSL and uses Paypal and Shopify third party payment processors to assure your payment information is as secure as it possibly can be. Data transmitted via these third party processors is encrypted to assure that the financial data you use is secure. For more information on the third party payment processors we use please refer to the following links below. 

 

Q: What name will appear on my credit card or Paypal account

A: The name that will appear on both of these accounts is DamnTees 

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship internationally all over the entire world for $5.00. To be assured you receive your order please fill out your shipping information as accurately as possible. If ordering outside of the US please be aware of your specific countries guidelines for shipping goods internationally. Depending on your location and order size you may be subject to import taxes imposed by your country. THESE TAXES ARE NOT COVERED BY DAMN TEES AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THEM TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE.

Q: When will my order get here?

A: Upon processing of your payment it takes anywhere from 24 to 72 hrs to ship your product. Shipping time can take anywhere from 3-5 days upon shipment of your order. Orders placed during high volume seasons, International orders and orders that have to pass through custom please allow more time for shipment.

 

Q: Can I track my package?

A: Once your order is shipped we will provide you with a real time tracking number so that you will be able to track your package in transit.   

 

Q: What size should I order?

A: Please refer to our sizing chart to determine what size best fits your body type.

 

Q: I was sent the wrong shirt or my t-shirt is defective what do I do?

A: If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at ceo@damntees.com with your order number and details about your claim.

 

Q: How can I change my order?

A: If you decide you would like to change your order before shipment has taken place please contact ceo@damntees.com requesting such a change. 

Please note: We cannot assure that once you checkout and your payment has been processed and order put into production you will be able to change your order. Please use caution when ordering to assure accuracy.                           

 

Q: Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation email?

A: Confirmation orders are sent automatically from our system upon successful checkout to the email address associated with the user who placed the order. If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your SPAM folder.

 

Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: Sure we do. We are willing to offer you the same rates given to our affiliates if you are interesting in purchasing 20+ shirts from our store. If this is the case please contact ceo@damntees.com for further information.

 

Q: I have a great idea for a shirt! Will you buy it?

A: Here at Damn Tees we are always looking for the next great shirt idea. Although your submittal of an idea doesn’t necessarily guarantee compensation will be given but if we use it we are willing to pay you your fair share for the idea.
